People say that their minds are wandering most of the time during the day but it's false.
See, the mind is a vast area with many sections within. These sections could be related to emotions, food, motivation and so on.
We have something called awareness. Let's picture it as a ball of light. This ball of light is wandering from section to section within the mind and lights these sections. This is how you're switching focus from one thing to another.
So, not the mind is wandering but our awareness! ☀️
